To secure a date, you must fill up the booking form below and pay a reservation fee of 5000PHP, equivalent to 100USD. For dates longer than 5 hours, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required.

I require the following:

1. A clear uncensored photo of your government ID
2. A picture of you showing your face and holding the presented ID.
   • Please make sure that all the information on the ID is readable
